Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions set out the basis upon which you can use our website and place orders for items on offer. By ordering goods from our website, you are deemed to have understood and accepted these terms.


The seller of the goods featured is Diva D London. Our registered office is at 24 Tadmarton, Downhead Park, Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, MK15 9BD.


Our display of products on our website is an invitation to treat and not an offer to sell those goods to you. An offer is made when you place the order for your products.
We take payment from your card, when we process your order and have checked your card details. Goods are subject to availability. If we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given if you have already paid for the goods.
A contract is formed between Diva D London Limited and you when we have dispatched the goods that you have ordered. Exceptions apply to personalised items and goods made to your order, orders for which cannot be cancelled once you have received email confirmation that your order has been accepted. For a list of exceptions please refer to our Returns Policy.
Please note that for international orders, any custom charges will be borne by the customer.


Every care is taken to describe products as accurately as possible. Designs and colours may vary, also colours and embroidery are not guaranteed, so please wash separately or, preferably, dry clean. Due to photographic light, items may appear slightly different in colours and embroidery.


If, for any reason, you wish to do so you have the right to cancel any order you have placed (other than in respect of goods made to your specification).
For semi stitched, non-customised items, if you wish to cancel before the items are dispatched you are asked to e-mail us on info@divadlondon.com.
If your cancellation is received 48 hours after the order is placed, you will not receive a refund / exchange, unless the item is found to be defective.
